At Fuse Mind & Body, we are dedicated to delivering innovative, physician-supervised care
that supports your physical, mental, and metabolic health. Our services—including but not
limited to ketamine therapy, weight management, hormone optimization, peptide protocols,
and wellness interventions—are designed to enhance overall wellbeing However, we do not
replace the role of your primary care provider or specialist.
We encourage all patients to consult with their healthcare provider before initiating any
treatment plan, particularly if you have a chronic medical condition, are taking prescription
medications, or are following a therapeutic diet.
Please review the following guidelines prior to starting any program or therapy at Fuse:
Fuse does not diagnose or treat medical conditions unless specifically outlined in your
personalized treatment plan.
Services at Fuse are not intended to replace emergency medical care, psychiatric
hospitalization, or disease-specific management unless managed collaboratively.
Individuals must be 18 years or older to participate in treatment programs at Fuse.
Our therapies are not available to individuals who are currently pregnant or who have an
active eating disorder (e.g., anorexia or bulimia) within the past 12 months.
Treatments such as ketamine therapy, hormone optimization, and compounded medications
may carry risks and require periodic medical monitoring
Patients must disclose any relevant medical history, current medications, and prior diagnoses
to allow for safe and appropriate care.
All treatment plans are individualized, and outcomes may vary. Rapid physiological changes
(e.g., weight loss or hormonal shifts) should be monitored closely, and adjustments made under
physician guidance.
Body Mass Index (BMI) is one of several tools used to assess general health but does not
represent a complete picture. We take a holistic and personalized approach to defining health
and success.
Participation in any program at Fuse implies your understanding of these terms and your
agreement to engage responsibly, with open communication between you and our clinical
team.
